SALES OF YOUR BOAT 

Consists of taking your boat on a simple or exclusive sales mandate, offering it on the used boat market through various communication channels, with the goal of finding a buyer as quickly as possible. The broker acts as an advisor and arbitrator between the owner and the buyer, to guide each party to the completion of the transaction. The owner must be assured to receive the funds and the buyer to be able to register and enjoy their boat.

OCTOPUSSS.com handles the dissemination of your listing on national and international websites present in England, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and also Switzerland.

OCTOPUSSS participates in inland waterway shows, such as the Pardon de Conflans Sainte Honorine, the St Jean de Losne inland waterway fair, or the Paris Nautic in certain years, with your boat listing.

Follow-up of your file on a national or international clientele, I speak 5 languages.

Visits from serious and pre-selected potential buyers.

OCTOPUSSS handles the administrative process, negotiation, drafting of the preliminary agreement with an optional deposit before appraisal if needed, and the final sales deed.

Organizes as needed, the removal, appraisal, facilitates transfer procedures, provides quotes for road transport or inland waterway convoying as appropriate, and finally offers an insurance quote for the buyer.

Only a one-time advertising contribution of €360 including VAT is payable, valid until the sale, demonstrating OCTOPUSSS's full diligence to sell your unit. This contribution can be deducted from the 5% HT sales commission if sold by OCTOPUSSS.

You will specify in the simple sales mandate your desired price (agency fees included FAI Octopusss of 5% HT) which will be displayed on www.octopusss.com and its partners in France and neighboring countries.

As well as your net minimum seller's price (what you expect to minimally recover net in your pocket).  The difference is my brokerage fee and the negotiation margin you will leave me to work best for you.

Documents required for the sale of your unit:

Navigation title, latest floating or dry survey, scan plan, a maximum of JPEG photos up to 2MB, unlimited number of photos, invoices, and any relevant documents for the sale, COT, port fees, mooring location for visits, etc.

Know that the more complete your file, the more you maximize your chances and improve the timeline for your sale.
