< p class="MsoNormal">Consists of taking your boat on a simple or exclusive sales mandate, offering it on the used boat market via various communication channels, in order to find a buyer as quickly as possible. The broker plays a consulting and arbitration role between the owner and the buyer, to lead each party to the end of the transaction. The owner must be assured of receiving the funds and the buyer of being able to register and enjoy his boat.

< p class="MsoNormal">OCTOPUSSS.com handles the distribution of your ad on national and international websites present in England, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, but also in Switzerland.

< p class="MsoNormal">OCTOPUSSS participates in river shows, such as the Conflans Sainte Honorine Fair, the St Jean de Losne River Fair, or the Paris Nautic depending on the year, with your boat listing.

< p class="MsoNormal">Follow-up of your file on a national or international clientele, I speak 5 languages.

< p class="MsoNormal">Visits from serious and pre-selected potential buyers.

< p class="MsoNormal">OCTOPUSSS takes care of administrative tasks, negotiation, drafting of the preliminary agreement with an optional deposit before inspection if needed, and the final sales contract.

< p class="MsoNormal">Organizes as needed, the removal, inspection, facilitates transfer procedures, quotes road transport or river convoying depending on the case, and finally, insurance quotes for the buyer.

< p class="MsoNormal">A set of services to meet all needs, ... and reassure any professional or amateur buyer.

< p class="MsoNormal">Only a one-time advertising contribution of €360 including VAT is payable, valid until the sale, engaging all of Octopusss's diligence to sell your unit. This contribution can be deducted from the 5% HT sales commission if sold by Octopusss.

< p class="MsoNormal">You will specify in the simple sales mandate your desired price (agency fees included, FAI Octopusss of 5% HT) which will be displayed on < a href="http://www.octopusss.com">www.octopusss.com< /a> and its partners in France and neighboring countries.

< p class="MsoNormal">As well as your < u>net minimum selling price< /u> (the minimum amount you want to receive net in your pocket).  The difference is my brokerage fee and the negotiation margin I will leave for working in your best interest.
