Involves taking your boat under a simple or exclusive sales mandate, listing it on the secondary market through various communication channels, aiming to find a buyer as quickly as possible. The broker acts as an advisor and arbitrator between the owner and the buyer, guiding each party to the conclusion of the transaction. The owner must be assured of receiving the funds and the buyer of being able to register and enjoy their boat.

OCTOPUSSS.com handles the dissemination of your listing on national and international websites present in England, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, as well as in Switzerland.

OCTOPUSSS is present at inland waterway shows, such as the Pardon de Conflans Sainte Honorine, the inland waterway show in St Jean de Losne, or the Paris Nautic depending on the year, with your boat profile.

Following up on your case for a national or international clientele, I speak 5 languages.

Visits by serious and pre-selected potential buyers.

OCTOPUSSS handles the administrative aspects, negotiation, drafting of the agreement with an optional deposit before survey if needed, and the final sale deed.

Organizes as needed, the lifting, survey, facilitates transfer procedures, provides cost estimates for road transport or inland waterway convoying depending on the case, and finally a insurance quote for the buyer.

Only a one-time advertising contribution of €360 including VAT is payable, until the sale, engaging all of Octopusss' diligence to sell your unit. This contribution can be deducted from the 5% HT sales commission if sold by Octopusss.

You will specify in the simple sale mandate your desired price (agency fees included FAI Octopusss of 5% HT) which will be displayed on www.octopusss.com and its partners in France and neighboring countries.

As well as your net minimum selling price (the minimum amount you expect to net in your pocket).  The difference is my brokerage fee and the margin for negotiation that you allow me to work with to get the best deal for you.

Navigation title, latest floating survey, dry survey plan, a maximum of JPEG photos up to 2MB, unlimited in number, invoices, and all relevant documents for sale, COT, port fees, mooring place for visits,…
