TOUTABORD TOUTABORD, Your boat equipment shop, over 10,000 items Boutique

SALE OF YOUR BOAT

Consists of taking your boat under a simple or exclusive sales mandate, offering it on the second-hand market through various communication channels, in order to find a buyer as quickly as possible. The broker's role is to advise and mediate between the owner and the buyer, guiding each party to the conclusion of the transaction. The owner must be assured of receiving the funds and the buyer must be able to register and enjoy their boat.

SIMPLE MANDATE: no exclusivity required here!

OCTOPUSSS.com manages the distribution of your listing on national and international websites present in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and also in Switzerland.

OCTOPUSSS participates in inland waterway shows, such as the Conflans Sainte Honorine Pardon, the St Jean de Losne inland waterway show, or the Paris Nautic depending on the year, with your boat listing.

Follow-up of your file on a national or international clientele, speaking 5 languages.

Visits to serious and pre-selected potential buyers.

OCTOPUSSS handles the administrative aspects, negotiation, drafting the preliminary agreement with possible deposit before expert assessment if needed, and the final sales agreement.

Organizes, as needed, the removal, inspection, facilitates transfer procedures, provides estimates for road transport or inland waterway convoying depending on the case, and finally offers insurance quotes for the buyer.

A range of services to meet all needs, ... and reassure both professional and amateur buyers.

Only a one-time publicity fee of €360 including VAT is payable, valid until the sale, reflecting OCTOPUSSS's full diligence to sell your unit. This fee can be deducted from the 5% HT sales commission if sold by OCTOPUSSS.

You will specify in the simple sales mandate your desired price (agency fees included, FAI Octopusss of 5% HT) which will be displayed on www.octopusss.com and its partners in France and neighboring countries.

As well as your net minimum selling price (the minimum net amount you want to keep). The difference is my brokerage fee and the negotiation margin you will leave me to work best for you.

Documents required for the sale of your unit:

Navigation title, last floating or dry survey, a maximum of JPEG photos up to 2MB, unlimited photos, invoices, and all documents useful for the sale, COT, port fees, mooring place for visits, etc.

Know that the more complete your file, the better your chances and the faster the sale on your side.

Your complete file should be sent by email to: i.Bonnegent@octopusss.com

They will then contact you for a follow-up.

I remain at your disposal at any time until the final sale and proper receipt of funds.

Do not hesitate to inform me of any changes, location, price, new works, for an update of your listing on multi-site web platforms in France and Europe.

Similarly, I commit to the buyer that they will duly enjoy and register the unit in their name.
